But if you start changing, that will force them to change, right? They don't know they're holding you back, but they mean well - that's their job.
They'll also be a bit "prescriptive" about their solutions - they're human - so they'll say things like "honey, just settle down and go for the picket fence". That's about THEIR solution and it has nothing to with YOU - but they don't know that. It worked for them so they figure that's your answer too - they're giving you the best that they have!
And, if they haven't done their "work", the reflection they give you of you isn't yours at all - it's a reflection of their wound. "Honey, you can't afford that..." - now who's scarcity consciousness and revenue generating potential is reflected there??? They don't know that - again, they're just loving you. That's their job.
